Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Appointments
All grooming appointments must be booked in advance either through our website, by phone, or in person.
We reserve the right to adjust or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as staff availability or emergencies. Clients will be notified in advance.
If you are running late for your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of [Insert Fee] or forfeiture of any deposits made.
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a refusal of service for future appointments.
3. Health & Safety of Pets
All pets must be up-to-date with their vaccinations, including rabies, and free of fleas or other parasites. Owners must provide proof of vaccination upon request.
If we discover fleas or any other parasites on your dog during the grooming session, we may administer a flea treatment at an additional cost.
In the event that your pet displays aggressive behavior or becomes unmanageable, we reserve the right to discontinue the grooming session for the safety of our staff and the pet. In such cases, you may be charged for the time spent on the session.
4. Grooming Services
Pawfect Groomers will take every precaution to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet during grooming. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing conditions, injuries, or illnesses that may be aggravated during the grooming process.
Grooming may involve the use of sharp tools. While we take care to avoid injury, accidents can happen. In the unlikely event that your pet is injured, we will notify you immediately and provide appropriate care. You may be responsible for any veterinary costs arising from the grooming session.
5. Customer Responsibility
It is the owner's responsibility to inform Pawfect Groomers of any medical conditions, allergies, behavioral issues, or sensitivities their dog may have before the grooming session.
The owner acknowledges that while we strive to achieve the desired grooming result, individual pets' coats, conditions, and temperaments may affect the final outcome.
6. Pricing & Payments
All prices for grooming services are subject to change. Additional charges may apply for extra time, handling, or special treatments.
Payment is due in full upon completion of the grooming session. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other accepted payment methods.
If additional treatments are required during the grooming process, such as de-matting or flea removal, the owner will be informed, and additional fees may apply.
7. Liability
Pawfect Groomers is not responsible for any loss, injury, or illness sustained by your pet while on our premises, unless it is due to negligence on our part. We are not liable for any damage to personal belongings, such as leashes, collars, or accessories left with your pet during their grooming appointment.
8. Use of Photographs
We may take photographs of your pet before and after their grooming session for promotional purposes on our website and social media. If you do not wish for your pet’s photo to be used, please inform us in advance.
